Actors convened in a series of workshops and given space to stop, reflect and distil critical lessons from the crisis
What can be learned from Cape Town’s experience of responding to drought?
In Phase Two of the project we draw on the deep resources in the Cape Town Drought Response Film Library to distil essential lessons from the interviewees’ reflections and make them globally available.
The result is a modular series of short films, typically 15-20 minutes in length, each presenting a number of voices and perspectives on a particular key topic.
These short films provide an absorbing stimulus for discussion in any group seeking answers to the various challenges associated with urban water insecurity.
To facilitate such conversations, a detailed summary of the film and suggested questions for discussion are supplied in an accompanying digital text document in each case.
